What we do

The primary focus of Oliver Landscape Company is "design/build". That is, we offer a turn-key approach to landscape design. Typically, we become involved in a project during the very early stages. We start with an analysis of client needs, fuctional desires and aesthetic goals. We move the into conceptual design. This is followed by the design phase where the final design and cost analysis is accomplished. At this point we transiton into the implementation phase which culminates in a finished landscape environment.

We also do "fee based" design and consultation. In such projects we are available for contract administration and supervision.

Through our design staff, implementation personnel and a team of dedicated subcontractors OLC can meet a wide variety of functional as well as aesthetic landscape goals.

Areas of Focus

OLC has the capability to design and implement a wide variety of landscape design elements. We pride ourselves in possessing a unique ability to combine complex elements into a sensible, unique and aesthetically harmonious built environment.

We combine hardscape elements such as walks, patios, pergolas, ponds, decks, pools, fences and fountains with softscape elements such as trees, shrubs, groundcovers, annual and perennial color and turfgrasses to create an immediate and longlasting sustainable landscape.

Our design philosophy

"The goal of all of our projects is to envision and accomplish a landscape environment that meets every diverse and, possibly inexpressible, expectation of our clients. In order to do this, extensive planning and communication must occupy a preeminate position in the process. Verbal as well as graphic communication of concepts and ideas are critical as well. I recognize that I must always combine skilled design with sound construction and environmental principles and practices to produce work that satisfies both myself and my clients."
